Housing is brand-new. It's passenger drop. WMS-WMS = around 63" using SA hubs. I have over $850.00 in the housing alone. Set up for 4-6 degrees positive caster and 9-11 degrees pinion angle.

Custom Longfield Inner Axles. - Cost $330.00 for the set of 2.

Asking: $900.00 for the housing and both custom inners.

Located in ATL GA!

Very very mildly interested + a bump for you.

Need exact measurements for the custom inners/actual exact passenger drop offset. Guessing you were going to link - but if not, how were you going to mount the passenger side spring perch with the larger housing?

What was the caster set to? Don't want to assume it'd be easy for me to redo as imagine Dan's shop welds far better than what we're used to on factory axles.

Were these the new improved knuckle balls?

Not sure this would work for my SOA 40 due to diff housing and possible clearance issus with 4x4 labs arms and ram assist behind the diff - but I'd like to see if I could make it work. Let me know the above.

Plan was to leaf it. I was still trying to figure out a plan for the perch on the left side.

I don't have exact measurements. The inners are the same length as LCWizards kit for making 40 and 60 fronts wider. I'll try and get some measurements.

I think the caster/pinion angle is 10 degrees for the pinion and 4 for the caster. I'll have to check to be sure. It's set-up for a truck with duals.

Stock knuckle balls. Dan never has figured out how to get the new ones.

Let me know - I'm running an FJ60 axle with LC Wizard extension on the passenger side - with matching 30 spline inners. That cut and turn might work for me - sounds like what I ended up with, but will have to double check. Thanks.

This housing is the same width as if you had a LCWizard extension on both sides of a FJ60. I got the inners from LC and 2 extensions. I decided to get a housing and sell the FJ60 instead of using the extensions.

Now I'm debating on whether to use this housing or get a built Dana 60 front I've found for cheap. That's why I offered this up.

Will get measurements when I get home.

Pictures posted of measurements and housing.

SHIPPING IS NOT A PROBLEM.
