OK PMC'ers - Alvaro has asked me to join the contest this year, as he felt he needs at least 1 or 2 more teams. I would like to do it again, and wanted to see if anyone felt up to the challenge. It will be on Friday night, and this time the secret ingredient will be revealed on the day of the event (Friday). This means that we need to come up with dish ideas that can be "complimented" by a last minute addition. This will crank up the difficulty, but it will also level the field a little, as teams won't be able spend 3 or 4 days perfecting their dish while others are actually out wheeling.
