We have our official (postpone) dates for 2011... July 13 Wed thru July 17 Sunday.

My apology for anyone whom might be affected in a negative fashion such as vacation or other commitments.

On the other hand, a change of pace may add a nice new flare to Rubithon! As has been noted, warmer weather and water for swimming, no rain, and perhaps not as many mosquitoes.

One casualty of the date change is no mog, so I'll be looking for volunteers to tow trailers or take gear down Cadillac on Wednesday.

The July dates also work better for me this year as well. What ever you need me to do just let me know, and could use a Committee form sent or at min a link to one.

I'd like to help out with support and "gofer" if possible,any chance you guys could use some help at either end of the trail from my allmost stock FJ?do I need to sign up/register,etc?please advise? and I'll talk to woody at "fun day" on the 14th of may in guerneville.

Committee Update:

Trail Committee folks and those who want to support Trail comm: contact Bill Jackson, or don't be surprised if Bill contacts you directly. If you have worked trail comm, he has your number. :-) We are confirming trail comm for July runs starting now.

Kitchen, Raffle and Registration: Dave Thomas has comm reg form (Yes Micheal, this means you, and Dave will be forwarding to you, James and Jpr Ron).

Terry... Yes, have always needed outside support and never had any! Specifically, Ross and I will have a truck load that needs to be hauled from Vallejo to S Lake Tahoe shortly before the event. We can chat more about your availability and capacity.

For PMC folks that want to help, I would offer to start with Bill Jackson and Trail comm. Ideally, this role has extensive trail experience and mechanical aptitude (that leaves me out). If you don't fit Trail comm, there are a variety of other small jobs that might lend themselves well. At this time, we could really use support Wednesday dropping gear in from Tahoe down Caddy.

For general registration, please use the existing form on the web site until the we get teh dates updated, our web guy is at Cruise Moab right now.

Thanks all, and have a great time at Fun Day! Cindy and I will miss it as we are out of town next week (gold mining on the Mokelumne river for a week).

Rubithon.com hasn't been updated, will the trail runs be in the same order?

Yes, I need to join TLCA and it looks like PMC is the local chapter.
