I’m not seeing much talk on here. I know most of the club is heading in Wednesday or Thursday from loon lake.
Anybody planning on a Thursday departure from Tahoe side? I’m hoping to have the barker pass trail open by then and go in that way. Just me and Courtney in old blue. Let me know if you’re interested.

Hey Retired one, why not go in a day earlier, and you can go down the hill with the mog crew, Tony, and me riding along.

I like that, then I can throw my gear in your rig, and walk out Tahoe side on Sunday.

I’m aware of that option but Courtney flies in to sac on Tuesday and that would give us time to help pack food and visit mom. I’ve not forgotten about that opportunity on most likely my last rubithon. I think it would be a blast…retired ones can live on a whim. Then I think “How many nights in a tent cot?” 🤣.
We’ll talk about it and let you know 😉

Tell Courtney I said howdy
I will Mike, it’s amazing that these kids are pushing 35 eh?
This is going to be a great run. I feel it. Already found my bonehead breakage and parts are arriving soon. Tighten your nuts! And if it feels or looks weird, pay attention, it could get sloppy
Good to hear from you. Not many checking in on the clubhouse. But we have a plan, but I’m not already packed like the old days. Getting excited now though.
Biggest problem is that she doesn’t like me as a copilot 😂

Yes we will. We’re up and running 😉

Lol

it’s the stress Tony. I’ve gone from anxiety to nervous gut to excited gut ready to go tomorrow. All in the last 24 hrs. 😆

Wow, not much PMC chat about rubithon? Or saving for a Toyota Trails article?

Another most excellent Rubithon for PMC! Thank you Ross for letting me win a raffle prize... my first since sitting down as chairman.

Great to see everyone... and yes, most of us got Courtnied. I did call the game I won... said I would win, stood next to Courtney, and won.

My additional week was most excellent, actually ran into Whitey (for you old members) and Kurt Durrough. Had a guy apologize to me for being a jerk the previous year including paying the fees he stiffed me. Actually a great guy. I find it interesting that most folks I meet up there are excellent folks... individually... but when some group together in a pack, they can absolutely be .... (stay tuned for the rest of story in Toyota Trails - Tales from the Caretakers cabin).
