Friends...

Volunteers needed Aug 21st at Wentworth springs to help Trail Work coordinated by RTF and FOTR.

August FOTR Workday - Details inside - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board

Here is an opportunity where you don't even need a four wheel drive! Wentworth is on the Loon side and accessible by any car via the pavement. You can drive to Wentworth springs, hike in or catch a ride, not very far, spend the day with your OHV friends supporting the trail, and either drive home that night or camp locally at Gurley Creek campground, Airport Flat, Loon Lake or a myriad of other camp grounds.

The work party will be working from the Wentworth Trail head (campground) to the fork at Ellis Creek.

thanks for reading and I hope to see you out there!

TTT...

Dinner provided Saturday night, Rubicon Springs open and available for those who want it all!

Attend the clean up and strong chance of picking up the new Obliterate White Flowers sticker currently available to volunteers.

Ooooh! a sticker?!? count me in Tony. No, I won't be bringing a guest...

Thanks Lucky Pighead! Appreciate the support...

Still time to register and give back to this world famous trail for those still contemplating their weekend plans.

Wheel the trail or simply drive your Honda Accord to the Wentworth Springs Trailhead.

(in other words, no broke truck excuses.) :)

A very successful work day!

Thanks and Kudos to Greg Dyche (Pighead), Michael Dremann, Dean Milton, Jerry Schroeder, Julie and Jerry Reffner and Russ Wason for volunteering their time and effort and showing up in their Toyotas.

Appreciation to Bebe and her entire team including Scott Johnston for coordinating these important efforts to keep our trail open.

There are other volunteer opportunities coming up!

Drive safe!

That was a good time, Tony. Glad you talked me into it.
A lot of good people did a lot of good work, had a couple good meals in a great campground, in perfect weather.
Love my new stickers, looking forward to the next workday...is that September 25?
