While investigating a front end clunk I found that the rubber bush connecting the rear of the ifs diff to the frame has blown out.

Is someone able to find me a part number for the bush or maybe even a diagram of the front diff with part numbers?

What would have caused this to blow out? I had recently installed a diff drop kit but that went in with no issues, could it be from over torquing or under torquing the bolt?

Thanks for any assistance you can provide, I'm currently working 14hr days 6-7 days a week so have little time to sort out these issues.

Cheers,
Glenn

Did you install the bottom spacer correctly? That mount plus the front diff mount has a spacer on the bottom. Without it, the bushing will sag as documented by another failure sometime ago. He forgot the spacer.

Yeah I forgot to pull the original washer and put it on the new bolt, that's why it blew out. My fault. The diff is now tie wired to the frame and I've dropped the front prop shaft.
