RTF Land purchase

As mentioned at the meeting, Rubicon Trail Foundation purchased 317 acres by the springs. This puts them in a better negotiating position with the county, as they now have a stake in the condition of the road

Scott Johnston noted they still have a ton of work surrounding this purchase, including a management plan. Ideally, it will be open to the public.

That little corner that touches the river is in the back of dirty dozen. We hiked some of it with Steve morris. The bluff just west of the springs, the property line runs along top of bluff. There was talk of possible access thru the end of dirty dozen but it is very wooded and would require a lot of work to put maintainable access there. great news and an accomplishment.
