RPM/Idle fluctuations; poor mog

Idle is rough 550-750 once it gets to temperature. no more codes. But doing some finer tuning. Cleaning throttle body, new plugs, rotor, cap, will get wires & will time. Installed New fuel pump. New TPS (was sticking) and calibrated. Air intake looks good??? Waiting on throttle body gasket. Any words of wisdom or encouragement?? The mpg was really bad. Like 100 miles on a tank. But ran fine other than fluctuating rpm in idle and the poor mpg.

Do any cleaning in the manifold? Would prefer to leave as is. No garage.

Perhaps try aspirating some Berryman's B-12 / Seafoam into the intake manifold to 'clean' up the carbon?
Yeah, verify the timing is correct.
