A few of my bronco friends and I are headed up to Royal Blue December 5th if anybody would like to join us. We are planning on staying the night somewhere, either the campsite we went to last time or find another site and ride a bit Sunday morning. Thx.

Sean,
Two years ago at the STLCA outing to Royal Blue, Melissa and I rented one of the cabins at Black Bear Cabins which was a couple of miles up the road. The cabin we had was a two bedroom, but they had a cabin with more bedrooms. Depending on what you are planning for, this could work well into your plans. We were happy with the cabin and the owners were very friendly.

Good luck. Melissa's soccer team have a tournament scheduled for that weekend, so have a good time for us.

I will be at the SFWDA 4 th Quarter meeting on the 5 th, I would like to ride there again. Let me know if you find a place to camp closer to the full size trails.

Just giving an update on the weekend. We are planning on leaving early Saturday morning from Chattanooga. We are staying at the same place as last time RideRoyalBlue.com ATV Guest Resort and Campground - Home.
So far there are only three trucks going but we have about 6 people. We plan on riding Saturday afternoon and some Sunday. Might ride mountain bikes too so who knows.

Here's some action shots from the trip. Overall, it was a great trip. This time our cabin heater actually worked so we stayed toasty! Found a few light~medium trails and just relaxed and had a fun time. My 60 did well for the 1st time on the trail. I need some tires and a rear locker and i'll be good to go.

We did have one close call with Greg's truck. It was getting dark and the trail dropped off on the right side about 10 feet. The right side of the truck is actually hanging over the edge! If it didn't get high centered, it was going over! We used a strap on my truck and one to a tree. Close call.

Check out our fire. We didn't need diesel fuel this time!
We picked up some weirdo with a pink jacket:whoops:
