i'm coming back! had to take this year off since my son was born on feb 25th. i'll either tow my junk out there or i'll catch a plane. either way, i'm coning!

Looking forward to it.

Bill is planning on making the trek to TX this year. I'm sure he would welcome the co-driver. I did the math today and wont have the time off work an event of this magnitude requires :(

if everything goes right, we should have three buggies. we'll definetly hit some other spots along the way, just like a couple of years ago.

Just heard from Georg and the Fox rolling thru So. Calif ( Yucaipa ) Things are running good and said they will make Tucson tonight :flipoff2: Good to hear from ya Brother and beleive me nothing would have been better than to have hitched a ride. Good Times

If any of you all are coming though ABQ, please stop in for some food, beer, if you need to do some wrenching we have tools, parts (and a parts guy ;) ), need some sleep, etc. Drop a line....

Safe travels and happy event....

HUGE turnout this year....lots of folks already here, and many more coming...

and a lotta stories too....wonder if John D Hale will make it at all ;)

believe there were 3-4 rollovers on Thursday, including the RLMS pig and an 80-series...Marlin has been busy being his usual helpful self, and I saw Mark attempting to play guitar last night with the band...

ya outta be here!!

can't wait to hear all the stories...

Another GREAT event! I had the pleasure of eating dinner with Marlin, Orangefj45, and Greenfox at the Hard 8 BBQ in Brady last night before coming home. It was great to meet Rob, our token Canuk, who made for a good trail biotch and our favorite mariposa, David.

More later... Just getting my first cup of coffee..

carnage: trashed the POS Precision joints in my Toyota CV....fortunately, a spare CV was around, then Marlin-ified for more angle, and welded up by JK Customs...worked awesome on Hell and Back on Saturday...

only honest roll was off the 'rollin tree' on Fri nite....the right front wheel stand doesn't count, nor does winching myself thru H&B on my side count....and I saved the rear wheel stand...my apologies to 'clutchee's dad' for the scare ;)

more later....LOTS of photos to post, will be filling the gallery on Tuesday morning, once I get a 'real' net connection :)

Thanks to the Kruse's for their hospitality, to the Lone Star Land Cruisers for organizing, to the White Trash for their cooking skills, and to everyone for their friendship. Another amazing event...I look forward to what next year brings, since we ALL know that it's the PEOPLE that make it fun, not the location!

Had a blast. Woody, thanks for the ride through Hell and Back. This was a great weekend and I really enjoyed the people, the music and the wheeling.

you gonna blame your little cold for posting the same thing twice, old man? :flipoff2:
