I found a rotating pintle hitch that fits a 2" receiver. Due to issues with my lunette bar not rotating I found this as my fix for now.

P/N TX017916-B I got mine at Redneck Trailers.

As I just mentioned, there is one in my backyard right now.

interesting. Google does not show that type of pintle hook under shopping, but there are obscure references to it through aircraft and milparts suppliers. I saw a mention of it being GM for a (military?) Silverado.
Apparently not common out there. Never seen one like that listed anywhere. I'm wondering if it's because there is not enough room in a 2" tube to make it very strong? that would be a tight fit.

I have an update on this part. Apparently this was only available from the Sikeston, Missouri location. (573) 472-3839 I spoke to Pete who was very helpful. It was $160.67 + shipping.

P/N TXO- 17916 Tango X-Ray Oscar -17916 The O after the TX is an O and not a zero.

is that 16K as in 16,000 lbs / 8 tons?

great, but unfortunately irrelevant if we put it in a hitch receiver rated much lower, like our usual class-3s

I doubt anyone is towing construction equipment. End of discussion.

I went at it differently and got some parked trailer security in the process:
