Roof rack on a 2010 Tundra limited??

Trying to decide if putting my Wilderness rack system on a 2010 Tundra with the sun roof will cause any issues. We're trying to get this build off the ground with plenty of storage above the cab and in the bed but I have to be able to store some things (fuel cans, high-lift, shovel, pick, axe, chain saw, additional spare tire, water cans, etc..) up out of the bed area since that's where the tent deploys when we stop to camp.

The rack we have is the 48"x60" model.

I think the only issues will be the wind noise when you open the sunroof, and potential interference with using the tilt option. What other issues were you considering?
