I am in need of some of these. Anyone? They slip down into the cab and the roof guides slip into them.

can you measure those? looks like a delron /plastic bushing available at Mc Master Carr. I've gotten oil impregnated bronze bushings from them. would be super simple to machine one of those out of delron or uhmpe or whatever that plastic stuff is cutting boards are made of.

They look very similar to door hinge bushings on older US cars. A trip to the GM (dare I say it) dealer may net you something that works.

Post what you find because i will likely be taking my roof off next summer.

There is a plastic plug that comes in 1/2 or 3/4 HVAC copper line-sets that is the exact same size. Of course its not OEM.. They look like a little hat you just have to cut the top of the hat out.

I ordered up a few different types from MMC. I will find something that fits and post up the findings.
Thanks for the input. I havent forgot about your window rubber Erik. Its in its box ready to ship, just keep forgetting to do it. Threaten me or something...

Jim Sickles from Downey Off Road told me he sourced the ones for his SWB from MMC.;)

I think I have the bag of his 'extras' on the 'private stash' shelf in my office.

Best

Not like you've guided us or set the bar before! :)
Glad it worked out.. Mail those gaskets whenever.. I know your TLCA address is now correct as you renewed with the blue ribbon promo. Home address is in trails. Or I guess I'll just have to get a truck done and head to colorado and hang out and pick them up.
