that being said i'm still waiting on my trail confirmations from RS. all i know is for 3 days i get to lead people around who are foolish enough to follow me. i just hope some of them are dirty hippies.

Got our confirmations last week, but no trail assignments yet. Four of us bringing our 40's out of Ogden on Wednesday. We'll be staying up river off of Highway 128 at the Goose Island campground. Heading home on Sunday.

Heading out thursday the 27th, staying in Vail, and finishing the drive on friday. Hot rod show is always a blast. Almost got the chance to take out a 07 Tundra, but looks like a no go . Looks like I have to get working on the truck...... Will be out till sunday. Be in the "Palace" with a few other members . Looking forward to seeing everybody again.

Got a voicemail from Neil on friday. I don't think it's 100% official yet but i'm trying to figure out which truck to bring so he was giving me an update. My plan is to camp as far away from the rest of you as possible.

It's gettin' close...

I am using work as an excuse to get to Utah!!! {ssshhh} I'll be flying in to SLC on Monday, driving to Roosevelt till Thursday or Friday, then heading to Moab till Sunday, back to Roosevelt till Tues or Wed, then back to OKC!!!! My complicated, evil scheme to get to Moab has almost been realized...

I have no idea where I am staying (sounds like Kane Creek is the place to start), will be driving a rental car, probably not gonna wheel it either, so, hopefully, I will be bumming a ride from someone (any offers?), I have never been to Moab...oh, and I may need to borrow some room in a cooler for my beer (I will provide extras as a kind of rental fee).

I am leaving on Thurs. 4/28, arriving in Grand Canyon area on Sat. midday. Working my way through Zion and Bryce and arriving in Moab on wednesday morning. I've just about got everything done on the 100, still gotta mount my new cb and finish up some minor changes to the suspension. I too am counting the days.
