for insurance reasons, we do not sell roll cages
We do sell a very beefy 6 point light bar kit. It's almost identical to the set up in my FJ40

this kit comes with
bases for hoops
1 front hoop (2 bends per leg/side to allow for more interior space)
1 mid hoop
1 rear hoop
1 spreader for across the dash
1 spreader for across the mid hoop (behind seats)
4 upper spreaders for between rear and mid hoop
4 upper spreaders for between mid and front hoop (with a bend to maximize head clearance)
4 offroad light tabs to make it all legal

hoops need to be trimmed to length
spreaders already have been trimmed to match up with hoops. You might need to modify one end of 2 of the front spreaders depending on where you mount them

Kit price is $850 CDN a kit and the price will go down approx $70 CDN a kit if I make more then 10 kits ( I will make 10 kits if I have several confirmed sold)
These kits do not use the factory roll bar!

I'll take 2, one family kit for a 40 and one for a 45.

But, for insurance reasons..i cant pay you. I will let you put company stickers all over the place to recoup your costs cia advertising..clever eh?

seriously tho..one day..yes..one day.,

Jeff

They fit very nice. I finally got my front hoop installed, it only took a couple years to finish....... Not that it was very complicated, just I put the top on befor I finished it and never got around to it till a few days before CM.

Like Steve said, just a bit of trimming, pretty easy stuff, especially if you have a pipe cutter big enough. If you run later doors, you will have to watch the width of the front hoop. It can be trimmed also.

I did find some interference between the lights and the hard top though.

those 12 kc daylighters need to be unbolted from the top hoop before the hardtop goes on!!!

front hoop width is adjustable

Hey Mark,
I hear BFH's do the trick if things don't fit!

OH YA! BFH all the way!

cutting torch works too!
or a really big rock

how about a 70 series "light bar"?!

cages are made of metal
Not DOM, I can make them from DOM but they will be very $$$$$$$$
120 wall thickness

not imports, I've been making cage kits for a long time

The kits are a revised version of my cage (one extra little bend for more foot clearance)

I'll find some pics or maybe FLYINGLOW can post some

Here are some pics.

rough time=8 hours or less
install is by the hour right now
due to the following factors-
rusted hardtop and barn door bolts plus stuff bolted to the roof
rusted out floors and wheel wells
tons of crap bolted to wheel wells and roll bars that needs to be removed
We can weld it in and leave the prep and paint to you if you like.
I like to powdercoat the bars as well but a rattle can is cheaper and easier to do

Hope those pics work for ya Jeff, I go away to work for 2 weeks today.

I might be over that way when I get home, prolly come over on the 27 or 28 Jun if anyone wants to wheel for a day.

thanks for the response. i'd like to raise my rear wheelwells up to the lip of the tub, as well, and hopefully have some supports from the cage to the frame. i would do all prep and finish work, i just don't trust my welds with my life.

i'll get back to you on this
