Stumbled upon some wheels that are claimed to be designed for the LC100 and 200.

ROH Wheels – RTX LC100/200

Seems like a reasonable option in 17 inch size. The company has other options that fit the 200 too. Can't find any detailed specs though.

Made by an Australian company and not marketed in the US but there does appear to be a US distributor. The distributor (Group A Wheels) seems to have an online reputation for poor customer service however, if you search other car forums.

Anyone with experience or knowledge with these?

I’ve been in conversation with the ROH guys in Australia. You are correct, some of their off road wheels are specifically designed for Land Cruisers. They are load rated for the LC with a +47 offset. I’m trying to see if I can get a set shipped to the US for my ‘18. Will keep you posted.

2 years ago I called them about a set and the told me the would not fit a Sahara model 200 which in Australia comes with 18 inch wheels like here.

I was able to work out shipping with ROH in Australia. It took a while to work out the international shipping and I had to fill out a form when they arrived at US customs but not a big deal. The ROH guys were very helpful. Anyways wheels arrived today. I ended up getting the Vapour 18x9 +47 offset built for the LC. Hoping to have them on over the weekend.

Following up here with photos I never posted after install. These are a perfect fit with 285/60s. No rubbing and look awesome! I attached a photo (needs a wash).

Total for 5 wheels shipped with insurance was around $2,100 USD. I went direct through ROH but did have to work with them to find a shipping company that would import them. We ended up using TNT shipping and they were great! I also had to fill out some forms for customs when they arrived but that was easy and smooth. Worth the trouble for these wheels!
