The Rogue Fab Tube Bender kit w/dies is only $595! (3.5/4.5 CLR only, 6.0 is an upgrade)
This bender includes the BASE, it includes a built in accurate DEGREE INDICATOR, and it includes (1) 180 degree die!

180 degree Die sets in 3.5-"4.5" CLR are $199 shipped, no sales tax, no handling fees, no sale required... this is every day!
Size range for 3.5 CLR is .5" to 1.125" (1/2" to 1 1/8")
Size range for 4.5 CLR is 1.00" to 1.75" (1" to 1 3/4")
We even have dies that bend 2 sizes at this price! Like our 3/4 and 7/8 round combo die.

Larger 180 degree Die sets in 6.00" CLR are $349-399 shipped:
Size range for 6.0 CLR is 1.00" to 2.00"

Finally there is an affordable solution to bending tube without mounting the bender the ground, buying adapter kits for hydraulic cylinders, or requiring you to rip on a 4 foot bar while you try to read a degree wheel you can’t even reach. Our kit comes with EVERYTHING you need except the air/hydraulic cylinder, which is available nearly everywhere at Harbor Freight for about $80 (without paying shipping). Our Rogue Fab Bender bends vertically to save space in your shop. It can bend the first 90 degrees without pulling any pins or using any ratchet mechanism (then you re-pin to bend more). It is portable! This tool is Made in the U.S.A. out of US made metal/materials and packaged in US made boxes. We back our rock-solid engineering with the fastest shipping and best customer service and tech support in the industry. We will ship your order in 1 business day 99% of the time. Don't take our word on the customer service, call us and see for yourself: 503-389-5413.

Our benders can keep up with your business. We offer our tube benders fully assembled and powder coated (additional cost), and with complete tooling packages and professional 1200+ lb capacity bender carts for large fabrication shops. We also have a 2HP double acting fully engineering electric/hydraulic power system that has 2 adjustable auto stops for precision manufacturing of repeat parts. We get absolutely amazing rates on LTL freight. We would be happy to get your tools palletized and delivered to your loading dock.

We have 30+ dies that fit this bender. There are many options to allow you to bend 4130 Chromoly, Pre-Polished stainless (including low carbon 316) without a scratch, aluminum, and of course pipe, square tube, DOM, HREW, and solid bar stock. Did you notice the chunk of 1.75 SOLID ROUND BAR bent to 90 degrees?:

Here is our tradesman set, $1649 as a weld together kit without the $80 ram, with a range of dies from 1 inch to 2 inch (1/4" sizes). That is a bender AND (5) 180 degree dies for $1649! (2.00x6.00, 1.75x6.0, 1.50x4.5, 1.25x4.5, 1.0x3.5)

I REALLY LIKE this unit!!
Nice work

Just came out with another new die, 1.5"x5.625" CLR... This is the one to get if you want to bend thin walled 1.5" tube. We tested 1.5"x.065" DOM and HREW, and it flattens out the OD about 3/16", but no kinking. Bends everything thicker than that beautifully. $399 shipped, we will have it added to our web page as soon as we can!
And we did thin wall testing on the rest of our dies:

1.25 tube x 4.5" CLR: Minimum wall thickness is .065"
1.00 tube x 4.5" CLR: Minimum wall thickness is .058"
1.50 tube x 4.5" CLR: Minimum wall thickness is .095"

We just finished testing of our 1.00" Square die set, and it is added to our web page. This was a customer request (several) and we responded and made it.

Chris ("Titus") built this awesome rear stinger hinged/removable tire carrier for a TJ using our bender.
This is 1.75 tube bent on our 4.5" CLR die set.

It is Cyber Monday! We are offering free shipping on all orders over $1000 and $25 off shipping on all other orders over $100. Discount is given as a refund after purchase. Kick off the online shopping season with new tools from Rogue Fabrication! Continental 48 US states only.

Our new version of our bender works with up to 6" CLR dies!
And why make it work with 6" CLR dies?
So it can bend 2"x.120 DOM:
Dies and bender with the 2" die are already on the webpage. $399/$795.

We just finished testing our new “HD” kits on 1.75x0.250 wall 1026 DOM, and it went flawless! No bent pins, no issues with the bender or ram. We bent it on our 4.5" CLR die and on the 6.0 CLR kit (both with the HD kit).

Here is the HD kit. Basically just keeps the pins all in pure double shear, no bending stress from unsupported portions of the pins between shear points. It also adds a rear support for the heavy loads and puts a .313" thick 1026 DOM sleeve at the end of the ram to support the pin.

Note: 1026 is the highest carbon content and strongest mild steel that is commonly used for DOM tubing. It has a yield strength more than 10% higher than 4130 chromoly (normalized or annealed, per the Machinery’s Handbook, 28th edition, 2008). Chromo has the higher ultimate strength, but that doesn’t dictate how tough it is to bend.

Here is one tube we bent. This is a piece of 1.75x.250 1026 DOM, with bends in 4.5" CLR, 5.625" CLR, and 6.00 CLR in it. All bends are in the same plane.

And here is the “HD” kit, which can be added to either of our 1.75 die sets to extend the capacity to .250 wall.

Got a build update from one of our customers and though we would share it. Clayton of West Texas Gearheadz in Lubbock, TX, is building this awesome custom buggy with one of our tubing benders. It features rockwells and 49" Iroks mounted to hummer beadlocks and is powered by a 500HP LS6 V8. The tubework is all 4.5" CLR bends in 1.75x.120 DOM tubing.
Clayton said, "Bender is kickin ass, thanks for all the tech support! We want to share photos so everyone can see what you are able to create with good tools."
