Curious if anyone has any info about these trucks and their desirability in the US. Have the potential opportunity to import one after my time here in the middle east is up.

What are they worth stateside?

You need to be more specific. Like exactly what model, or are you just meaning in general? A manual and diesel and factory lockers in any model would be the most desirable. Take any or all of those away and the value would go down accordingly. Of course body/interior condition would also be a factor. Also rust.
The one above. An RJ77LV-MNV. It's a manual, not sure about lockers and petrol

Just looking at a picture one cannot really tell all the details. Being an RJ77 it would have a gas 22R, maybe RE? Not up on the 22R motor s. Not sure on what one would sell that for here. Of course EBay and bring a trailer has some crazy buyers sometimes. How many km? What’s the maintenance like on it? All play a factor.

It does have a gas 22R engine. Tried to find some stuff online about US sales, but not finding much

RJ 70’s might not be adequate for US highways. So far I don’t think there are too many RJ’s in the US so kind of hard to put a price on one. Personally I wouldn’t be turned off by one since I would only be driving it in the city, but I am not in the market. The six cylinder gassers probably would be a more suitable gas engine for the US since they probably can easily drive the hwy speeds here.

had one for a while in Kuwait. someone bought it off me at a red light and I immediately acquired an 80 for DD duties there. lack of power was scary at times on Kuwaiti roads. would be very unique in the US.
