I just installed the Rival Aluminum Front Bumper this weekend. Overall very nice fit and a quality bumper. (This one 2D.5724.1-NL). For $1399, on sale, it was hard to beat.

But I've run in to two issues - wondering if anyone has solved there.
1. Parking Sensors - the pax side sensor fits, but only backwards (sensor connector pointing outward, not inward). This means the harness is too short and the connector won't reach the LED foglamp on that side. The thru-bumper grommet appears to be directional so I can't just flip it around. What am I doing wrong?
2. Headlamp Washers - the heavy gauge aluminum on the bumper is just too thick for the Headlamp Washer to fit. I broke both Headlamp Washers - specifically the 'movable' cheap plastic tabs on both the L and R unit - trying to install the Headlamp Washers in the bumper. At $270ea I'm not excited to buy two more just to break those also. Anyone successfully figure this out? The install video shows the tech filing the bumper but I tried that (just a little!) and it didn't help.

PFA!

was installing mine today. the drivers side sticks out way more even moving the winch tray the furthers it goes in opposite direction. the rubber trim is super annoying as well

I didn’t have parking sensor issue, my model year was 2009.
I didn’t try to install the headlight washers. I cut and plugged the line from the reservoir.
Edit - removed alignment advice as frankly I don’t remember the order. There are adjustments for front back and up down if I recall.
