Ripped tie rod boots

Noticed that my tie rod end boots are ripped/degraded. Anyone have experience with either Man-A-Fre, Energy Suspension, or TrailGear replacement boots?

I would not worry about that .. and if iit's the case I would replace the TRE's

There's still brown grease inside and the tie rods seem tight, same with the steering.

I would leave them alone and check them everyonce in a while as long as they are still tight.
