Well, it did feels the pull, but, with adding some power it might work, like adding headers, or would you recommend anything legal?

I did not measured the fuel consumption yet, but, during the last days, it feels the higher gaz it eats. well, I kept the jerrycan full!

Do you know where I can get nice designs for front pipe bumper?

gears

Gears would be legal and the only way to get back to proper operating rpm's.

Myself, I'd add boost.
I was working for TJM here in australia for 2.5 years and i've seen heaps of cruisers kicking around with 33's and 35's on them without changing diff gears.
It's only the guys running 37's that needed the ratios changing.
One bloke had a FJ73 3F petrol with 37's and couldn't stand how sluggish it was with factory diff gears.
But the old 3F is like a steam engine compared to the 1FZ

So,
Diff gears might cost you 1-2k AU fitted - Bugger all change in performance. (Although as already stated it will bring your revs down a little and save you fuel)
I say if you want economy, but i friggin' diesel... if you want power, petrol all the way!
Turbo or supercharger might cost 4-6k AU fitted - 40ish% more grunt straight away. (then crank up the boost):steer:
also, dubai has heaps more turbo/supercharged 4500's than Australia so you could probably get some stuff cheaper.

Just my 2 cents. Good Luck!

Right now...
The engine and gearbox from an 80 series are bolted in.
Just gotta get all the technical stuff done.
Wiring, custom driveshafts, new radiator, new water pump, sort out the thermo fan, fix the modified tunnel, new carpet, rebuilt original suspension seats, cut out the rust and give her some more clear because the old stuff is crap.
Then the difflocks and alarm get fitted (they're sitting in the back at the moment)

Thanks mate, but as this is my daily ride, I must keep it legal, fitting a supercharger or Turbo will hold the registration, thus, I might go for Headers first (already have a straight pipe + catback) then a UniChip will be next.
