It's pretty hard to beat the OEM wheels. My stock size was the 18s (03+ cruiser) so I bought the 17" FN wheels five stars for a few reasons. They have a nice offset 30mm which gets a slightly wider stance without using spacers, they're lighter than OEM (22 LBS vs 28) and the 17" rim affords more sidewall on the tires and more sizing options.
Stock rims and Michelin ltx adds up to 65 lbs per corner. (28# + 37#)
Fn wheels and 285/70R17 gets you around 72 lbs per corner (22# + 50# duratrac 33")
Honestly I'd probably stay stock if I did it again. The michelin ltx performs very well in most conditions. Just another opinion.
Great to hear you're trying them out. Dustin at FN wheels is a good guy. Hadn't seen anyone else sporting these wheels yet and wondered if Dustin was going to keep stocking them or if the demand just wasn't there. Would love to see pics of them in the black finish if you have some.Appreciate the lead on FN Wheels! Been trying to find a wheel I like with a proper fitment. Was about to just stick with an oem wheel. Most of the wheels have too little offset and or have the fake bead lock look to them. I was able to nab one of the +30mm FN Five Star LC100 edition sets. Had to get matte black since the Ti/graphite finish is sold out and no eta. Really wanted something other than black, but it's a nice clean looking wheel so i'm happy.

I bought my Five Star Wheels in 2017 or 2018. Found them because someone else posted pictures of theirs here on mud.Great to hear you're trying them out. Dustin at FN wheels is a good guy. I used the lugs Dustin included with the FN wheels. Had to check my invoice and sure enough, they're the ET.@Zuberg do you recall if the "ET" lug nuts are required for the FN wheels? I already bought some conicals and they mentioned possibly requiring the extended nuts due to the shorter oem studs/thicker wheel hub.
Bringing this back from the dead… what exactly are those steel wheels? Would one run a spacer in this setup?I thought I saw someone import them before, could be wrong. I know I like these 18 tundra take offs.

Edit: I thought Dilspecs “faux 105” had 17” steel wheels. I remember the barn doors and clear glass all the way around.
