Thought I'd put out the measurements for the racks for Rhino Rack system as It was a lot of back and forth.

This won't make sense unless you are installing the rack system.

Front rack: Measure and cut at 190mm, the inside of the track should be ~132mm.

Middle Rack: Measure and cut at 180mm, the inside track should be ~121mm

Rear Rack: Measure and cut at 155mm, the inside track should be ~98mm.

I had to get one of the brackets replaced as the metal insert for the m6 bolt was spinning in the plastic case. TBD on how they deal with the claim.

Thanks for sharing

I looked at this rack a while back and saw that some aus owners complained of the plastic towers sun fading.

Wonder if there is a UV blocking spray you could coat them with?

Post pics once they’re on the truck

Must be a cyclist - good luck w/ the rack.

^ xactly. 1Up here.

(Nice shoes though . . .)

What width bars did you go with? That will make a difference in the measurements on the plastic pieces. I run the 65" ones in the winter as the Thule ski box clamps easier to these. Easier to clear snow as well versus the Pioneer platform.

Just the standard length, I am pretty sure it wont make a difference as the mounting points on the vehicle will be the same regardless. And the inside measure tabs are located in the same location and fashion. Only diff is more bar.

It does though. The cutouts that the strips go into are the same length on all bars making the non-cutout portion in the middle longer on wider bars. On the wider bars, the foot is going to be much closer to the inside limit of the cutout making the inside piece much shorter than yours. I believe that 65" is the widest bar that will fit on our 100's without modifying the length of the cutout. It's great that you posted up the measurements, it's just going to vary depending on bar width. I can snap a picture of mine when I get home if anyone wants the numbers to use for 65" bars.

They are now showing 54" bars as the standard. When I purchased mine 4 years ago, they listed 49" bars as standard size.

As for warranty issues, RR USA was great the couple of times I had to deal with them.
