Looking for 58280-60031, BOOT, SHIFT & SELECT LEVER, NO.1

For a '97 HDJ81 (RHD)

Already run through Amayama/Impex/Megazip/Japan4x4/ebay.com.au with no luck

Anyone got one? before I frankenstein my own with parts from a 105 and 70 series
