Revtek/FJ 3" Lift/Tires??

Hey y'all....
i'm using the Revtek 3" kit to lift my FJ
i've been getting some conflicting info on tire sizes (post lift..stock wheels)
do you guys/ladies know what would be the largest tire i could
run on my factory wheels after the lift?

If you have done the Body mount Chop... I believe you can run 35"s with not rub.

My 33's fit with zero rub, and no lift. I heard 35's fit with minor trimming with a 3" lift.

I'm using a Revtek lift on mine and have 33'' there is some rubbing on the driver side but not to annoying I could live with it, although I thought about going to a larger size tires perhaps 35, and I was told I would have to do some body mount cutting and welding if I don't want it to rub to were it gets anoying...it's not that hard of a job realy simple..

35" tires and any 3" lift will not work, you will have more than tire rub you will have tire stuffed into body mounts. If you want to run 35" tires with 3" lift you must cut and weld body mounts in front or replace with new mounts. Here is thread talking about this:

my dad has 35's on his fjc and they have no problem and hes got the 3 " lift
