Since the old thread seems to be dead I mocked up another design on my favorite t-shirt brand (Comfort Colors). I think I'm going to go ahead and order one for myself regardless.

5 are ~$37 each, 10 shirts would be ~$29 each, 20 shirts would be ~$22 each. Sizes are S-3xl for us fatties.
