'65 FJ45 in the final stages  and ready to cruise :steer: to a new home. Other than the 2 1/2" lift, heavy duty bumper and tube side steps it is strickly stock, to include the 6-cyl engine. Finally found a headache rack that was installed yesterday.

'65 additional photos

Light desert tan color with matching Raptor-color bedliner in bed and cab floor. Traditional white bezel and cap. The tailgate had been abducted-by-aliens  years ago, so the PO constructed a heavy duty wire gate that folds down and/or removes (not too bad).

How many $0s ???

Thanks for asking. I estimate around the 27k range. I also have a '66 FJ45 that I will probably keep.

Thanks so much. In the process of getting the stock 6-cyl engine ready-for-inspection. Will post some photos.

Hi Apache Pilot,

Your landcruiser looks bloody excellent

I am a the moment semi restoring my 1966 landcruiser

How is your roof held down from the inside

Could you provide some pictures

My roof has lungs at the front, but I am not sure how it is held down

Thankyou

Michael

Interior Roof attachments

Michael,
Thanks for the nice words. Photos are of my '65, I also checked and my '66 FJ45 has the same configuration. Both have the removable top. The wrap-around cab can also be seperated from the top and the cab bed.
The front of the top is held in place with the 4 hook & latches. The rear and side of the top have removable bolts along the inside lip/rail and underneath where the window frame meets the top.
Hope this helps. Hooah! Major Don
