Doesn't look like it, but you can test the sensor....

The curve would be built into the firmware. Likely no way to easily edit. Maybe techstream? Theoretically you could add a resistor to the circuit and shift the curve up.

Looks like I'll be buying a replacement sensor. Thanks guys.

Where is the sensor located?

I was just in big bend and while parked in the sun it was showing 109F. Started driving and that lowered to 103 or so..

109 in May?

I'm wondering if it is the sensor that is in the kick panel by the driver right knee - the one with the white corrugated tube extending out the back?

Not sure if this might be helpful:

I have questioned the out outside temp read out for a while now and have inspected the connection. I did not ck resistance. If I was messing with the right one it is located behind the grill attached to the vertical center support.

That should be the cabin temp sensor for the front AC. I took RET2's question to mean the readout for outside temp, though could have been wrong.

Makes sense. I wondered whether it was somewhere that could get direct sunlight that could impact readings.

I have found the system to be very very very slow to respond to change in ambient temp.
