So the darn cover broke off and I have a replacement USB port
Does anyone know how to replace it?

That’s just the picture from Toyota’s website for reference
I can’t just change the flap because one of the hinge bumps was ripped off
I need to replace the hole plug
Do you have a better picture? I can't tell what broke. If it's just the little rubber cover that closes over the USB and AUX port, you should be able to pop another one back in.
Wow, thank you. I will give it a stabI assume you're not under warranty? Just want to make sure. You'll have to pop off that entire console bezel that holds all the switches. I replaced mine, so I'm familiar with it. I didn't take pictures, but I have a picture below from the dealer when I ordered the part so you can have an idea of what it looks like out.
Not sure how familiar you are taking parts of the dash apart, but you'll have to first pull the sides (circled in red in first photo). There's smaller flat leather pieces on the sides that need to be pull out (they're snapped in). There's plastic pieces behind those side leather covers that have one screw and one plastic clip. Once you get those out, you can then pull the larger leather covered pieces out. You'll then have to pull out the charging cubby to give room to pull the console bezel out.
You can see what the bezel looks like out in the second picture. It's held by clips. So, you just need to slowly pull around all sides to get it out. Of course, when you pull it out, you'll have all your switches in there and you can't pull it all the way out as they're connected under the console. But, you can slowly work your way around it to find each harness for the swtiches so you can get the entire thing out. Once you do, you can turn it over and pop out the USB/AUX outlet and pop the new one back in. Then, work in reverse to get everything back together. You may be able to get that USB out without taking all harnesses off, but I can't remember how much play there is with the harnesses. I don't think there was much. I'd help if you were local, but I assume you're signature is correct and you're in CA. Let me know if you have any questions.
