Need a little assistance on whether or not installing the Hella 100 watt replacement high beam bulbs, part# H83165012 High Performance Xenon bulbs, would cause any issues on an' 07 100 series. I could find no specifics in a search and Slee off-road is unsure, hasn't made this type of install before on this model year. Has anyone done this swap with the OE high beam bulbs before? Are any further modifications necessary, would there be too much additional heat, etc. Any help would be great. Thanx

Do not use 100 watt lamps, they draw to much current for the stock harness. You vehicle uses 9005 high beams, so simply use a 9011 HIR lamp, which will provide 2500 lumens of output, compared to the stock 1800 lumens for the same current draw. While you are at it, swap the low beams for a 9012 HIR from the stock 9006 if you haven't. You can check the lighting FAQ in the 80 section for more information. Bulbs are easiest obtained from hirheadlights.com.

Thanks - Have you run these bulbs yourself?

4+ years now on the original set. You will notice I wrote the faq and set up the original group buy. There are probably 50+ users on the 80 board.
