My BJ70 floor is rusted out (of course). You can buy a complete replacement floor pan for 1000usd plus shipping. Ooorrrrr... I can rebuild the flooring with a sub roll cage and welding in new pans with sheet metal that will be bead rolled for strength. Most likely body lift the truck 1.5-2 inches. Ive not pencilled anything on paper yet. I also do not plan on having a rear seat. It didn't come with a rear seat just the belts although Im sure it had it at one time. After the flooring is done I will weld in a simple roll cage in cabin.

What do you guys think? This will be the basis for the rest of the body.
