I replaced the seal a few months ago and still get a nice mini shower if there is a down pour or left out in the rain overnight. All drains have been cleaned repeatedly. The rain spills over from the rear of the sunroof over the driver's side when I brake heavily, especially on a down hill.
Had another pair of eyes look at it and the seal is folding over every time it is opened and closed. The builds up on the sunroof tray and gravity takes care of the rest.
Really don't want to replace the entire glass to make sure I get it right this time but it's one of my last niggles.
