Will they work on a 94? They say they are for a 1995.

If it fits a 95 it should fit back to 91 since they're the same OEM part.

I'm still on the fence. Wonder how functional one new OEM strut is couple with one weak one? :hillbilly:

I'd replace them both. The other one will stress out the new one if you only replace one of them.

I just ordered mine through Lifts Supports Depot.com $97 with the ride for both struts. For some reason I got a 10% discount too.

Let us know how they work once you get them installed. The company seems to have pretty good feedback/CS via amazon.

Got them on saturday, 2 days from placing order and installed them. Took all of about 10 minutes and they seem to work great. The rear hatch is definitely hard to close due to the struts being fully charged.

Just did this mod. More work than I initially anticipated. It's 22 degrees here, so they don't actually open the hatch all the way, but I'm sure they will when it warms up.

Got the ones from O'Reileys. $25.99 each.

I used stainless hardware to put it together with lock-nuts and red thread-locker.

Easy Greasy Lemon Squeezy.

Two Q's...

Are these the same size as OEM?

Are they a direct replacement (no hacking of brackets, drilling, etc.)?

Really need to replace the hood ones, as it is essentially a Guillotine if I do not use a section of PVC pipe to support.
