Replaced cv axle and abs, atrac lights are on

not Sure where to start... replaced cv axle in 2000 land cruiser 100 series and when finished abs, atrac and vsc lights are on in dash... I'm lost

Try disconnecting the battery for a half hour, see if it resets.

You broke the ABS wiring harness to the sensor tugging on it. Feel for breaks in the harness, check it's plugged in tightly.
