Replace bearings (main, rod) (1 Viewer)

I will be installing new main & rod bearings.

Are OEM bearings worth the extra $$ in this case? Still shopping around but at first glance OEM is 3 to 4x the cost...

Its a tractor. So how much are you spending on machine work, did you go with the low bidder? Are you going to inspect the parts/work?

No personal experience (at least w 2F’s) but aftermarket bearings are the norm in most builds and the name brands are very consistent quality (now?). I like oem but I would pause too at 3-4x.
