Removing inside rear door panel ? how to?

So I got a door ding today on the passenger rear door, smaller than a dime but it jumps out at me like the side of the truck is on fire so I would like to get PDR to look at it.
I did a search to see about removing the inside door panel so I can check and see if the ding is accessible or if it is blocked by a impact beam. Any links to instructions?

I just took apart my RF door. It was mostly clips and some philips screws hidden under plastic covers. There was one that required snapping off the silver plastic part of the grab handle. It was not too difficult to figure out.
