removing head rest button holders from fj60 (1 Viewer)

Any trick to removing the head rest button holders- supports in the seat backs? Seems like I just pulled them straight out last time. MIke

Seems like when I did mine I had to reach up inside the seat back and squeeze the sides of each one together a little to get them to pop out. I think they have a little lip that catches on the seat back to keep them in place. If you don't push them down far enough when replacing them, they'll come out with the headrest if you remove it.
