Removing fender skirt liner clips?

Any tips on how to remove these round, white clips in the front fender wells?

Thanks! I figured there might have been a specialized tool or technique for those specific fasteners. I haven't seen anyone else asking about these, so it apparently must be easy to remove them, although last time I tried, I ended up mangling the clip.

Those clips are in the box of cheap spare parts I have lying around in case I trash one or two.

But yes that tool makes them simple. Also door panels, though you need to wrap the edges of it in electrical tape to avoid scratching the paint on the door surfaces.
