I’ve been thinking about upgrading to a reinforced 300 mm clutch on the R151F gearbox.

It all seems fine, but the clutch fork concerns me. The stock 1HZ fork looks flimsy.

Has anyone tried installing a reinforced clutch fork from the 1HD-T on the R151F gearbox?

Thanks in advance!

You are correct, the stock 1HZ fork is flimsy.

I haven't tried to find a stronger one. But by looking at your pictures, I don't think those two look interchangeable. They are different shape.

I recommend looking for an "H" box, "R" transmissions do not work well even with 1HZ...less so with a 1HD. (+2004 HZJ78 issues)
