For Sale Reduced price! Must sell soon! 1972 FJ40 in Oregon! Help!!!!!

Sadly as my wife is losing her job and going back to college I must sell my FJ40 to help out. I have owned it for the last three years and bought it in Montana.
It is a clean rig and would be great for a restoration project as it has very little rust compared to most I have seen.
It has Alcan springs with an about 2" lift over stock, New Greaseable Tri-shackles Front and Back, New U-Bolt Flip all around, New disc brake conversion with disc brakes front and rear, Center arm rebuilt this year, New Tie Rod Ends.
Runs and drives good. The only thing that need's done to make it a daily driver is the Carb needs rebuilt and the exhaust needs worked on but I have been driving it and it has never left me stranded. The tires are 31/10.5/15 and in decent shape. all gauges work except the speedometer and I have a new speedometer cable that is ready to install.
Stock original F-Engine and original 3-speed tranny.
No top or heater at this time. I always keep it in my shop and only drive it on nice days.
I have a trailer and would be willing to help with delivery if needed.

Thanks! It is a great rig and a blast to drive in the mountains. I hate to sell it but it seems like the right thing to do for the family. It's funny when I was looking to buy one all the affordable 40's were on your side of the country and now they all seem to be on the west coast. Good luck in your search!

I looked at a couple of shipping sights and they both were around $1000 for a open carrier to $1400 for a enclosed carrier. Mudship would be a good option if you find someone heading your way. I am Not sure what the MPG is but while I have had fun driving it around here without a top and fixing the exhaust and such I can't imagine driving it 1200 miles. I don't no anyone around here that are familiar with FJ40's who could give a local ref. If you send me a e-mail address I can send some additional photos. Sorry all this is probably not much help. The shipping is a killer for $3000 rig.
