Been a while since I posted, I've put about 20K on since I purchased my 06 LC almost 2 yrs. ago, including 2 trips from SoCal to Montana (one of which was towing a 1,500 lb. trailer full of camping gear) and 1 trip to Seattle, and a few trips dove hunting in Yuma in 100+ temps. In those 2 yrs. I fixed the stalling at altitude/ high outside temps. w/ new fuel pump (also new fuel filter, PCV valve, thermostat). I've also replaced all plugs, fuel filter, heater Ts and various other prev. maint. items. Regular oil changes, and air filter changes. Currently has 166K on the truck, which has lived in SoCal its whole life, as far as I can tell.

I first got the P0430 code about one year ago. It went away for a year after replacing all 4 O2 sensors, which also seemed to boost my MPG a bit. Over the last few months I've gotten a recurring P0430 code that seems to be associated w/ low fuel tank levels. The code seems to pop up, along w/ check engine light when I'm below 1/4 tank. It goes away after a few drive cycles w/ a full tank. In reading through the various P0420/P0430 threads I don't recall any that seemed to be associated w/ fuel levels.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
