I should be getting my new TJM T-13 bull bar next week...just wanted to see if you guys had any good recommendations on drive lights and a winch for this thing? I'll probably use the drive lights quite a bit but doubt the winch will get used that much...just need some basic insurance.

Depends on your needs and your cash.
I really like my ipf driving lights and smittybilt winch. They are both very reasonably priced and the ipf's come with two sets of bulbs, very bright ones for off road and less bright ones for street legal driving. I drive with them on at night. and a package that is less than $600
I'd go with some Lightforce lights or maybe some HIDs and look at a Warn VR winch.
I did this using DDM HIDs and walmart hella lights. Total $90

x2! They are great winches. MT is also a PIAA dealer... You could get everything from them.
every once in a while costo carries 100w IPFs in a 2 light kit with harness and switch. Keep an eye on the site for those bad boys. Under $200
I'm looking into the Engo winches as well. I tracked down this comparison and if you look at the results it came in 4th. However, if you look at what really matters within the results, Engo is top 3...
