how is the easyest way to recalibrate the speedo on a fj60?

Call around for a speedometer shop for a ratio correction box. Some have you drive the vehicle for 10 miles along the highway markers and note the odometer reading, others just ask you what the diff ratio and tire diameter on your rig and can build you a correction box. FOr usually about $50-$75.
