Thank you sir!
The body, chassis, drive train have a long way to go unfortunately. Axle housings are ok at least!
But a spare fresh engine is nice to have up the sleeve. Much prefer engine work to panel work.

The first set of injectors I got off ebay were for an early 2h, not the later ones, different size. Scared the hell out of me running them very briefly on my good post 84 2h, some of the injectors not lubricating and firing. Won't do that again.

looks like you have a pre 84 2h with the centrifuge oil spinner. I reckon they are way cool. Do you think it helps cleaning the oil?

A few images of it here including some of the stuff that comes out when its cleaned : 2H Centrifuge Images - https://photos.app.goo.gl/3rstP4tjNWgFwHYz5

There's a rubbery layer of soot that comes out of it so its definitely removing soot from the oil. But the oil is still immediately black after an oil change and a short drive. I cant quantify how effective it is, or how it might impact on engine life.

That's interesting, I have a busted centrifuge from a pre 84 2h, picked it up for interest sake. Alas the filter mounts are different from the block. I was looking into using a centrifuge in conjunction with the my oil bypass filter, but the new aftermarket spinners are a fair coin.

The bypass definitely lowers carbon build, can go 1000ks and the oil is not black. The manufacturer reckons it would probably filter out zinc (zddp) if you used it in your oil though.
The combo of bypass and spinner would be the ultimate oil cleaner.
