Purchased what I thought would be a short term relationship. Well, it turned into more.

Reba (renamed from Bruce Almighty by my bride) needed to run a refrigerator where the rear seats used to be, in comes the second battery tray. Mid 90’s GMC truck battery tray, some cutting and melting....poof.

Clearance the power steering reserve, not tensioning the hoses.

Used whatever paint I have laying around and after drying in the sun...poof. All done. Now to wire in an in cab fuse box and a dedicated line to the rear of the bed.

Using the RedArc duel battery isolator. So far so good. Hits 14.4 volts, charges up the house battery, and drops to 13.6 when both are topped off. Saving up for a dc to dc charger to replace the isolator. Used the fridge all weekend (Thursday to Sunday) with no problems.

Three points of secure contact to the wheel well. Not a Slee battery tray like in a 100 series but for $9 and some welding wire I will not complain.
