Hi all, wish to ask is there a bearing puller suitable for removing the inner rear wheel bearing if stuck on the shaft? I took yonks carefully cutting and grinding chisel the old bearing off like a watch maker. Finally got it off with wire wrapped around the bearing, bit of a dog.

Not easy to get a puller to grip on that race.
For this one off job, I would weld a couple of steel straps to the race,[water handy to cool it after each weld] and tap/pull it off.
Grinder marks under the race won't hurt much, as long as the new bearing presses on firmly.

Thanks man! I reckon I am going to have this problem every time I change rear inner wheel bearings or wish to repack. Maybe emery the diff end a minute tad. My experience was no way as easy as any of the videos on youtube!
Things get slopped out if left unattended on the tojo rear wheel bearing lock nut set up. I am replacing with the 3xfiner lock nut and terraintamer hd bearing kit, a good upgrade I reckon.
Even the set screws get welded in if the bearings are a fraction loose. Expensive screws. The original tojo lock nut is a bit primitive, no wonder studs snap. Yes, as long as the bearing fits on snug, the bearing shall spin. Rather snug than loose.

Yeah welding a handle on would be quicker than grinding like a watchmaker. Nice one.
