For the rear of my cruiser I used solid mini rotors and calipers. off the front of the disk parts I used up front because I used vented parts up front. I made the brackets after seeing some a friend made. I used 1/4" plate for the main section and 3/8" for the spacer section. after drilling all the holes I tapped the holes for the metric bolts that the calipers use.

I don't have dimensions on these but these should give anyone an idea on how I made them.

Going to be making any more to sell to your buddies?!
You should do a write up on it. I like the idea of using all Toy parts!

Sorry not looking to make any more. But someone should be able to without much effort with these pics. They could be cut out of plate and bent to make for cheep like all the available GM brackets.
I used a proportioning valve off the master and a master from a 85 supra but it's leaking and has to much pedal pressure so I'm going for something with a smaller diameter. I don't know how needed the prop valve is I put it because the system was empty and it's not much more work then.

****I changed over to a 13/16th master from a mini truck and the system works great now. Good pedal feel and the right travel.

It does look good! What else did you have to do to get them to work well? Residual valves, anything like that? Did you use the same master cylinder or did you upgrade that too? I have looked at doing a converstion on my truck as there are several kits out there already but haven't as of yet.

I should really learn to read the whole post before I post back... sorry for my stupidity...doh!
