I eventually got round to finish the storage boxes. It’s made out of 12mm and 20mm ply wood. I removed the tie-down hooks in the boot and use the holes/nuts to secure the boxes too. The tie-down hooks are re-used and screwed to the top of the storage boxes.
I use 5mm chequer Ali plate for the drawer fronts and handles from previous kitchen project.
I split the boxes so one of the 3rd row seats can still be used.
The one drawer will contain all recovery equipment/tools/compressor and the other will contain all basic camping equipment apart from tent/chairs/sleeping bags & mats.
