Greetings. I have a leak somewhere on the rear passenger side. I am getting standing water in the two storage boxes in the cargo panel on that side. I have looked all over and cannot seem to track it down. Any thoughts?

Sounds like either sunroof rear drain clog or roof rack bolt loose. Search for either of those on here. You can use something semi rigid but soft enough to make turns like weed-eater cord to snake through if it's the sunroof. If it's the rack, tighten the mounting screws and use some type of silicone to seal em up

I had a similar leak from the rear wing window not closing tightly enough to form a seal with the gasket. Check and see if that window is loose.
I don't know of any adjustments. My motor for that window was dead, so I replaced it with a used one from ebay and that fixed my problem. I would do a hose test on it to make sure that's the problem before spending money/time to replace the motor. This is the same seller and part I bought for my 2000 LC: 98 99 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 LEXUS LX470 RIGHT QUARTER GLASS MOTOR 85770-60020
... Or if you want to go cheap and don't use that window you could do what the previous owner of my LC did and tightly twist some steel wire around the extension arm to tighten the seal with the gasket.
