I just threw on my Front Runner rack and now I'm looking for a ladder. Is Gobi the only option? I can't seem to find much else outside of questionable stuff on ebay.

I don't know about other ladder options, but I have the GOBI ladder and it is great. Mounts easily and cleanly as well.

Slee's newer rear bumper - while $$ - has a robust integrated ladder on the D/S and accessory mounting options

Not sure the brand, but it looks sturdy...

Did you install the gobi ladder on top of your hatch emblems? currently installing mine and I don't know how to bolt it down with out removing the emblems unless you instal it on top of the emblems. Seems like that would damage the paint and the emblems.

On my 04 it went on top of the emblem, but I believe your emblems are different.

Seems like it would be pretty easy to fab up a diy ladder. Anyone try and build their own?

My ladder is mounted on the left portion of my hatch, slightly covering a couple of the letters I believe.

I took mine off because it just didn't look right. It didn't look like it sat correctly with the letters on. But after taking the letters off I noticed that the letters 3m take had eaten a portion of the paint. Not because of me taking it off just over time I guess. Wondering if your ladder is wobbly at the bottom since it doesn't sit quite flat because of the letters or there is any rub/vibration.
